Does a parent or guardian have to be physically present for the appointment?

For everyone under 16, yes — a parent or legal guardian needs to be in the salon to give consent. For 16–17 year olds, parental consent over the phone is fine if the parent can’t attend.

Why is the kids window only 1pm to 5pm on weekdays?

This time window helps salons manage availability while keeping the kids menu simple and consistent across weekdays.

What does “20% off the full menu” actually cover for teens?

It applies to eligible full menu services for teens during the promotional period. Exclusions and conditions can be listed in your T&Cs.

Can my teen book in by themselves?

Teens can book, but parental consent may still be required depending on their age and the service selected.

Which salons offer the kids menu?
