Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes! We know that a full hair transformation isn’t always the most affordable feat which is why we offer Afterpay at our hair salon in Brisbane. We also offer Zippay if that is your preferred payment option!
Can I book Stefan Hair Fashions for my wedding look?
Yes but we recommend contacting our Brisbane team for more information about appointment times. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your appointment for professional hair and makeup on the big day.
Do you offer services for men?
Of course! We offer men’s haircuts starting from just $13 (in selected salons), style cuts and take-home wax kits, scalp treatments, face grooming and more. We’ll ensure you walk away feeling fresh and well-groomed, no matter where the day takes you.
Do you offer services for kids and students?
Yes! We have special prices available for pre-school and primary-school-aged children as well as free haircuts for babies up to 12 months. We can even prepare your little one for school discos and special school performances — we offer braiding, curling, straightening and glitter spray for an extra-fun look for an extra special event! Plus, high school and university students can get up to 20% off our full prices (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
My hair feels amazing! Can I buy the products you used on my hair?
Absolutely! We have an incredible online store filled with products we use in the salon. Choose from luxurious brands like Kerastase, Kevin Murphy, Olaplex, L’Oreal Professional and more, all designed to make your hair feel deliciously silky from the comfort of your own home! We also offer our own range of hair products called “Stefan” — this includes leave-in creme, blonde toning treatments, fragrant shampoos and conditioners, and even gift cards for the salon!
I can’t make it to my appointment. Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule. For our foiling, balayage and extension clients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. For our style cut guests, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy — and we thank you for your understanding. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please call us with as much notice as possible and we’ll reschedule your appointment.
