Offer summary: Purchase any two full-size retail products at full price in one transaction, with a minimum spend of $50 AUD, and receive one complimentary Retail Rewards gift, subject to these Terms & Conditions. 

 1. Qualifying purchase. Purchase any two (2) full-size retail products in a single transaction and receive one complimentary Retail Rewards gift. 

2. Minimum spend. A minimum spend of $50 AUD applies to each qualifying transaction. 

3. Full-price products. Eligible products must be purchased at full recommended retail price (RRP). Discounted items, promotional bundles (including all gift sets including Kerastase Coffrets and promotional packs), gift cards, travel-size products, samples, clearance items and staff purchases are excluded.  

4. Participating locations and products. The promotion is available on participating retail products at participating Stefan salon locations only. 

5. Redemption limit. A limit of one (1) reward redemption per person, per week applies, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions made. Stefan may request reasonable information to verify compliance with this limit. 

6. Multiple transactions. Multiple transactions may be treated as a single transaction where reasonably necessary to determine compliance with the redemption limit. Transactions must not be split, combined or otherwise manipulated to qualify for the promotion. 

7. No retrospective claims. The promotion is available only at the time of the qualifying purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous transactions. 

8. Availability. Complimentary gifts are available while stocks last. 

9. Changes to rewards. Advertised rewards, complimentary gifts and redemption options are subject to availability and may be changed, substituted or withdrawn at any time without notice. The range available may vary between salon locations. 

10. Substitution. Where an advertised gift is unavailable, Stefan may substitute an alternative gift of equal or greater value. 

11. Redemption timing. The complimentary gift must be redeemed at the time of purchase. It cannot be reserved or redeemed at a later date. 

12. Free gift restrictions. Complimentary gifts are not refundable, exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash, store credit or another product, except where required by law. 

13. 14-day change-of-mind returns. Retail products purchased under this promotion may be returned under Stefan's 14-day returns policy, provided all applicable change-of-mind return requirements are met. This policy applies in addition to, and does not limit, rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. 

14. Return of complimentary gift. For a change-of-mind return of a qualifying purchase, the complimentary gift must also be returned unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging. 

15. Gift not returned. For a change-of-mind return, if the complimentary gift is not returned, or has been opened, used, damaged or is otherwise unsuitable for resale, Stefan may refuse the change-of-mind return or reduce the refund by the recommended retail price of the complimentary gift, to the extent permitted by law. This condition does not limit any remedy available for faulty or non-compliant goods under the Australian Consumer Law. 

16. Other offers. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion, discount, voucher, loyalty redemption, staff discount or special offer unless otherwise stated. 

17. Misuse. Misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity or an attempt to circumvent these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification from the promotion. 

18. Eligibility decisions. Stefan may determine eligibility and redemption requirements reasonably, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law. 

19. Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

20. Program changes. Stefan may amend, suspend or withdraw the Retail Rewards Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Any change will not limit rights already accrued under applicable law.
