12th March 2026 UPDATE

Over the coming months, we will be upgrading our software systems and rebranding our loyalty program.

These improvements are designed to bring you a smoother, more rewarding experience in the future! As part of this transition, we have paused our current loyalty program while we focus on building something even better for you.

The new program will launch with a fresh structure and therefore, existing loyalty points will not be carried over.

If you are a current loyalty guest, your existing points will expire on 7th May 2026. Points accruals stopped as of close of business Thursday 12th March 2026.

To ensure you receive the full value of the points you’ve earned, we warmly encourage you to redeem any remaining points before the expiry date.
