Shampoo your hair 1-2 days before your booking as a small amount of your natural oils will create a barrier for your scalp to protect against irritation from your colour service
AVOID EXCESS BRUSHING
Avoid excessive/rough brushing of the scalp as this too may cause the colour process to feel uncomfortable
FIRST TIME VISIT/ SENSITIVE SCALP
If you have experienced a reaction to hair colour in the past and this is your first visit to us, please call the salon about this prior to your appointment as you may need a skin allergy test 48 hours prior to your booking.
Do not wear root touch up spray
On the day of your appointment, refrain from using root touch up spray for best colour results. As colour may not penetrate through.
BRING INSPO PICS
A picture is worth a thousand words, come Inspo prepared don’t be overwhelmed by too many choices, 2-3 pictures max, will help us understand your goals. While it's not always realistic to have the exact colour as the model in the picture it’s always important to know your dream goal, your colourist can break down how many visits this will take and what’s doable today.
ALLOW FOR for 2-6 hours
Hair Colour appointments can last anywhere between 2-6 hours depending on the service it may be a good idea to bring a snack and take advantage of our in-salon beverages

Hair can be unpredictable, try to keep a clear schedule on colour days, and let your stylists know during consultation if you have a particular time restriction.

The health and condition of your hair is our number 1 priority. During the consultation, your stylist will spend time assessing your hair and scalp, as well as discussing your hair goals. They will make recommendations around what is discussed in order for you to be able to manage these concerns, as well as look after your new colour at home.
