DIRECTIONS: 

Brush your scalp for a minimum of 20 times from front to back and side to middle. Make sure you don’t miss any areas of your scalp. This should feel invigorating. 

Once your scalp is invigorated and dead skin has been removed, pump 1 - 2 times of Scalp Help Treatment into your hands and lather through wet hair. Gently press the rubber tips of the Scalp Therapy Massager to the scalp with medium pressure and massage slowly for 1 - 2 minutes. 

Leave on the scalp for 1 - 2 minutes and rinse out. Follow with a hydrating Stefan conditioner. Use daily until symptoms improve. If symptoms persist, please seek advice from a medical practitioner.
