How do my points convert to Service Dollars?
$100 = 10 points = $10 Service Dollars
$150 = 15 points = $10 + 5 points
$200 = 20 points = $20 Service Dollars
$250 = 25 points = $20 + 5 points ETC

How old do I have to be to sign up?
You must be 18 years or over to join the Stefan Loyalty Program.

Are there any sign-up fees?
There are no fees involved in joining the Stefan Loyalty Program. But, you must spend a minimum of $100 in a single appointment to activate your account.

How do I show proof of my account?
Your Stefan Loyalty Program card must be presented at time of appointment to redeem service dollars.

How do I earn points?
Earing points is simple. All you have to do is spend over $100 on hair services or retail product and you will start earning.

How do I find out how many points I have accumulated?
Visit your local Stefan Salon & present your Stefan Loyalty Program card to reception.

How do I redeem my points?
You must redeem points earned at time of next appointment on hair services.

How long do my points last for?
You must redeem points earned within 3 months, as they will expire after this period. Points are not accumulative.

What can I redeem my points on?
You can redeem points on full price Stefan services. Points are not redeemable on retail products.

What happens if I lose my card?
Loyalty Program cards are treated like cash. If lost, accrued points and monetary value cannot be redeemed. A new card can be issued with a $2 replacement fee however the old card points are non-transferrable.

Can I transfer my points to another person?
No, your Loyalty Program card and account points are non-transferrable.

If I’m a mother can I earn points on my children’s services?
Yes, you can. As long as your Loyalty Program card is presented at time of purchase you can accumulate points on other people’s services.

What if I forget to bring my Loyalty Program card into the salon on day of appointment?
Unfortunately, if your card is not present at time of payment you cannot earn or redeem points accrued.

Can I change my points for cash?
No, membership points or service dollars cannot be redeemed for cash.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your Loyalty Program membership at any time in-salon with no fee. Please allow a 24-hour cancellation period.

Terms & Conditions

Individuals who join the Stefan Loyalty Program must be 18 years or over and agree to the following terms and conditions: Full name and valid email address must be collected to activate program and will be stored in accordance with Privacy Laws QLD. There is no fee to join the Stefan loyalty program. A minimum spend of $100 in a single appointment (100 points = $10 service spend) is required before points are converted to monetary value. Points are not accumulative and must be redeemed at time of next appointment. Allow 24 hours for points to be activated. Points and service dollars can be earned on Stefan services and retail products. Points and service dollars can only be redeemed on full price Stefan services. Not inclusive of retail products. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Points and service dollars will expire after 3 months. Loyalty card must be presented at time of appointment. Card must be treated like cash.
